Site Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rochester, NH, for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily operations and activities at the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, supervising site staff, maintaining safety compliance, evaluating project progress, and communicating updates to stakeholders.

• Experience in construction site supervision, project oversight, and team management
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards in the construction industry
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documentation
• Proficiency with project management software and tools
• Commitment to safety practices and ensuring a safe work environment
• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality construction projects is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
