Sargent is offering a 2027 Summer Field Intern program across Maine and eastern New Hampshire. The role is 100% field-based, progressive year over year, with a pathway to a 1st Year Foreman role.
Interns must be enrolled in a construction program and will gain practical field skills under seasoned mentors. Details include long shifts (10–12 hours), five days per week with occasional Saturdays, travel to jobsites, and a starting wage of $20.25 per hour.
