We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing / Graphic Designer with hands‑on experience in the decorated apparel industry
. This role combines graphic design, prepress production, and marketing responsibilities. The ideal candidate understands the technical requirements of digital printing, screen printing, and embroidery, and can also develop and execute marketing strategies that grow brand awareness and generate leads.
Graphic Design & Prepress Production
- Create production‑ready artwork for:
- Digital printing (DTG / DTF)
- Screen printing
- Prepare and separate files for screen printing (spot color separations, halftones, trapping, etc.)
- Digitize logos and artwork for embroidery using Wilcom
- Ensure proper file setup including resolution, color modes, vector formatting, and print specifications
- Create mockups and proofs for client approvals
- Work closely with production staff to ensure artwork prints accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized file structures and job archives
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the company
- Linked In
- X (formerly Twitter)
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar
- Create promotional graphics, email campaigns, flyers, and digital ads
- Update and maintain the company website (graphics, product pages, blog posts, promotions)
- Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms
- 2+ years experience in the decorated apparel industry
- Strong understanding of:
- Digital garment printing workflows
- Screen printing production processes
- Embroidery production and digitizing
- Adobe Illustrator (advanced level)
- Adobe Photoshop (advanced level)
- Wilcom Embroidery Studio (digitizing and editing)
- Vector artwork creation and editing
- Color separations for screen printing
- Understanding of garment decoration limitations and best practices
- File preparation for multiple production methods
- Experience with e‑commerce website management
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Photography and/or short‑form video editing skills
- Experience running paid social media campaigns
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Creative thinker with marketing mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self‑motivated and proactive
