Overview
Dartmouth Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated
Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Outpatient General Neurology team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with neurologists in a collaborative, patient-focused environment, evaluating and managing a wide range of neurological conditions.

- Perform comprehensive neurological evaluations and follow-up visits in an outpatient setting
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests, including neuroimaging and lab work
- Develop individualized treatment and management plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Provide patient education on diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive strategies
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient management
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Ability to obtain/maintain licensure as an NP or PA in New Hampshire
- National certification as an NP or PA
- At least two years of independent clinical experience
- Demonstrated interest in neurology
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
