Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Support Specialist near Rochester NH to help keep a team of Field Technicians and Customers on track with service and repairs in the Printing and Packaging industries. Previous experience Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues using technical documents, over the phone or in an office setting is preferred. Primarily an office-based role.

Working from Gonic, NH, you'll support a wide range of equipment and systems, collaborating closely with Service, Engineering, Parts, and Field Service teams.

Whether you're interpreting technical drawings, assisting a technician in thefield, or coordinating service activities, your technical expertise and customer focus will directly impact customer satisfaction.

• $30.00 - $39.00/hour
• Paid Time Off, Sick Time and Vacation
• Matching 401(k) etc.

• Days, Monday to Friday. Primarily office based, minor WFH offered on case by case basis.
• On-call rotational basis

• 2+ Years' experience in a technical service role.
• Customer facing experience, with a customer first attitude.
• Professionalism and documentation.
• Technical reading and interpretation.
• Previous experience with heavy equipment or capital equipment is a major asset.
