State of New Hampshire, Department of Information Technology, Business Relationship Management Division has a full-time vacancy for Information Technology Manager III.

To serve as one of the primary points of contact via the Department of Information Technology (DoIT) and New Hampshire Employment Security (NHES). Responsible for developing, planning, and implementing information technology solutions and managing daily operations, to include the coordination of related technical resources. To oversee development enhancement and the enforcement of policies to increase system operations. To assist the IT Leader to ensure consistent and efficient project prioritization meets NHES’s business needs.

Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience and/or each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education.

Education/

Experience:

Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience OR equivalent combination of 12 years of education and experience after completion of high school. Education and experience must be in information technology, data management, or related field; three years of which shall have been in a supervisory or management capacity.

License/Certification:
Valid New Hampshire driver's license and have access to transportation for use in statewide travel.

• Temporary schedule changes or off-hour work (non-business hours) may be required to allow for planned installations and upgrades or for other work that cannot be done without major disruption to users and network systems within core business hours.
• Must pass a comprehensive background investigation, including a fingerprint-based criminal background check, a motor vehicle driving record check and may include a local police department background check.

Develops and reviews work methods and procedures related to design, development, and implementation of computer systems. Oversees computer hardware/software for projects to ensure that equipment and services acquired are best suited to department strategies and objectives.
