Process Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our client's team in Rochester, NH! The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem‑solver with a solid background in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for leading and managing projects focused on continuous improvement, including Lean initiatives, productivity enhancements, and new equipment procurement.

• Location: Rochester, New Hampshire
• Job Type: Permanent
• Salary: $100, per year
• Work Hours: 8am to 4pm
• Education: Bachelors

• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies to meet company goals
• Manage updates to existing processes to support new product launches, including reviewing design for manufacturability
• Create cost comparisons and return on investment calculations for selecting suppliers
• Act as a subject matter expert on various interdepartmental projects
• Standardize processes and create all necessary documentation to ensure high quality and efficiency
• Work with the quality team to create control plans and quality checks for the production process
• Provide training and support to production staff on equipment operation and troubleshooting
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and PFMEAs
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to resolve process issues
• Support daily operations to help the team meet key performance indicators
• Lead efforts to find the root cause of failures and implement lasting solutions
• Coordinate with maintenance and other teams for major equipment changes

• Minimum 5 years of experience
