Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our client's team in Rochester, NH! The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem‑solver with a solid background in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for leading and managing projects focused on continuous improvement, including Lean initiatives, productivity enhancements, and new equipment procurement.
- Location: Rochester, New Hampshire
- Job Type: Permanent
- Salary: $100, per year
- Work Hours: 8am to 4pm
- Education: Bachelors
- Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies to meet company goals
- Manage updates to existing processes to support new product launches, including reviewing design for manufacturability
- Create cost comparisons and return on investment calculations for selecting suppliers
- Act as a subject matter expert on various interdepartmental projects
- Standardize processes and create all necessary documentation to ensure high quality and efficiency
- Work with the quality team to create control plans and quality checks for the production process
- Provide training and support to production staff on equipment operation and troubleshooting
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and PFMEAs
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to resolve process issues
- Support daily operations to help the team meet key performance indicators
- Lead efforts to find the root cause of failures and implement lasting solutions
- Coordinate with maintenance and other teams for major equipment changes
- Minimum 5 years of experience
