Our talented professional, technical, and administrative staff, along with our onsite state‑of‑the‑art research and development laboratory and onsite manufacturing operations, allow us to focus on the continued growth and success of our organization.
We are hiring a First Shift Mechanical/Electrical Assembler for our busy manufacturing department. This position involves using hand and power tools to assemble a boiler from scratch, with cross‑training on multiple stations and products.
Hours: Monday‑Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm; possibility of overtime on Fridays.
Sign‑on Bonus: $1,500.
Pay Range: $17.00‑$20.00 per hour.
Education And/or Experience- Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Dependable
- Ability to be flexible on working overtime

- Regularly required to: stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, assemble, apply force, tighten and adjust parts of boiler; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear.
- Occasionally required to: sit; climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs; frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs; occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Lift assist must be used for any item over 50 lbs.
- Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Vision abilities are needed for the use of computers, blueprints, diagrams, and finding visual defects in paint or steel.
