Rochester, New Hampshire

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support the production, inspection, and assembly of composite products in the Dover, NH area. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork, along with the ability to work across multiple manufacturing processes in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform manufacturing operations to produce quality composite products and components.
  • Set up and operate equipment according to work instructions and procedures.
  • Conduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality and compliance.
  • Complete production documentation and ERP transactions accurately.
  • Perform daily equipment checks and basic autonomous maintenance.
  • Support inventory counts, process improvements, and corrective action activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Help achieve production goals related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).
Desired Background/Skills
  • Aerospace, composites, or advanced manufacturing experience.
  • Basic understanding of hand tools.
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience working with manufacturing equipment.
  • Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Open to a 2nd and/or 3rd shift.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and process documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting.
