Job Category - Deck Lead

We arrive on site at 7:30. Unload the trailer and set up the work site for the day. Work with and along side the Deck Tech to produce a great deck project and provide an amazing experience for the customer from start to finish. Clean and pack up job site, log work for the day on provided iPad, plan ahead for materials needed, send an update to customer and punch out by 3:30.

  • Complete projects on time or ahead of schedule; 3 day look ahead for materials

    Clean and organized trailer
  • Maintain a stocked trailer

  • Able to work with Deck Tech and produce approximately 200 square feet of deck per week

• Valid driver's license
• Basic hand tools
• Ability to lift 80 pounds

• Pay range of $25-$30
