Job Description:

Location: Rochester, New Hampshire

CoWorx is seeking detail-oriented Assembly Operator II candidates to join a growing medical manufacturing team in the Rochester, NH area! This position works in a clean room environment assembling high-quality medical products while following strict quality and safety standards. All assembly work is performed in a temperature and humidity-controlled clean room. Employees are required to wear company-provided hair nets, gowns, safety glasses, shoe coverings, and gloves while working in the clean room.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, change over, and clear production lines
  • Complete production documentation and quality records
  • Perform visual and microscope inspections
  • Monitor product quality and notify leadership of any issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Assist in training Assembly Operator I employees
  • Support production needs and additional duties as assigned
  • Assemble medical products following written procedures and work instructions

Desired Background/

Skills:

  • 1-2 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, medical device, or clean room environment preferred
  • Experience with soldering, crimping, testing, inspection, or similar assembly processes strongly preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift, excluding breaks
  • Ability to work in a clean room environment while wearing required PPE
  • Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision and accuracy
