- Operate and set up manufacturing equipment to produce quality composite products
- Use advanced weaving and injection techniques to create aerospace quality components
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and documentation to support efficient production
- Maintain accurate ERP and inventory records
- Support process improvements, validations, and corrective actions
- Follow safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a clean work environment and help achieve SQDC objectives
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing experience required; aerospace or composites experience preferred
- Ability to read, understand, and follow engineering instructions
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems and technical documentation is a plus
- Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
