Job DescriptionPart‑Time Campaign Organizer for Karishma for Senate
Karishma for Senate is seeking a talented, passionate, and caring organizer for the 2026 election cycle. This is currently a part‑time role with the potential for increased hours as the campaign progresses.
This position will work closely with the Campaign Coordinator and candidate as well as volunteer and staff members. This position is currently remote with in‑person work available throughout the cycle. New Hampshire candidates preferred, with additional preference for the Seacoast Region.
Candidate description: Karishma Manzur is a progressive candidate championing higher wages, Medicare for All, and an end to endless wars. Karishma is running for the U.S. Senate to reduce the influence of corporate greed and political corruption in our government and improve people's lives.
Expectations:
10–15 hours per week
Pay $22/hour
Areas of Responsibility:
Intern Management – 50%
- Function as main point of contact for campus interns
- Facilitate weekly sync meetings with intern team and delegate daily tasks
- Liaise between campaign and interns
- Aid with campus organizing efforts
Volunteer Coordination – 25%
- Develop streamlined process for volunteer recruitment and onboarding
- Connect volunteers with regional organizing efforts across the state
- Identify volunteer leaders and facilitate leadership development
- Delegate between volunteer teams
Digital Organizing – 25%
- Manage phone banks
- Solidarity tech backend management
- Send out event blasts text/email and manage inboxes
