LPN/LVN - Long Term Care/SNF

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assignment in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting for an 8-week contract working night shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM with 40 guaranteed hours per week. This role provides direct nursing care to residents during overnight operations, supporting patient safety, medication administration, monitoring, and continuity of care within a long-term care environment. The nurse will collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality resident care and adherence to facility standards.

Requirements:

• Active LPN license required
• Minimum 2 years of LPN experience required
• Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
• Active BLS certification required
• Strong medication administration and patient monitoring skills required
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts required
• Strong documentation and communication skills required
• Ability to respond effectively to changes in patient condition required
• Experience working with geriatric populations preferred
