CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provide essential patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings as a CNA. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being through targeted clinical support and monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following proper infection control procedures.
• Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
• Support nursing staff with patient mobility and repositioning.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification or license required.
• Ability to consistently follow facility protocols and safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills and compassionate patient interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in healthcare teams.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
