Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
  • Adapt to individual care plans to ensure the highest standard of care.
Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Qualifications:
  • No experience required:
    We provide comprehensive training for those new to care giving.
  • A genuine desire to help others and a willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), or caregiver is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
