CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provide compassionate and dedicated nursing assistance to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. Ensure residents' needs are met with professionalism and attention to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team.
• Follow all facility protocols and maintain safety and infection control standards.
• Document resident care activities accurately and promptly.
• Support residents in mobility and comfort needs.
• Comply with agency policies regarding COVID-19 vaccination and identification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification/licensure required.
• Proven experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must bring state or federal issued  wear a photo badge at all times.
• Must have completed or be willing to complete COVID-19 vaccination or provide accommodation documentation.
