CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Assist residents with daily living activities and ensure a safe, comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support patients with personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility needs.
• Document patient care activities and report any significant changes to the nursing staff.
• Follow care plans and protocols to deliver consistent and quality care.
• Assist with feeding, toileting, and ambulation as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to facility cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid CNA certification and current license.
• Demonstrate compassionate and patient-centered care skills.
• Maintain good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Have prior experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Be able to stand, walk, and assist residents for extended periods.
