CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provide compassionate and competent care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Ensure resident comfort, safety, and well-being through personal care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene care.
• Monitor and record vital signs and health status of residents.
• Support care plans by documenting resident conditions and progress.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to coordinate resident care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with facility policies.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification and active state license.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move residents safely and effectively.
• Prior experience in LTC/SNF facilities preferred.
• Comply with agency COVID-19 vaccination policies or valid exemptions.
• Must bring a valid photo  wear a photo badge at all times.
