- Perform dimensional inspections of aerospace parts, assemblies, and tooling using Tri-Dimensional Metrology (TDM) equipment.
- Utilize Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), laser trackers, portable arms, scanners, and other precision measurement systems as required.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, specifications, and inspection plans.
- Verify dimensions, tolerances, alignment, and conformity of manufactured components.
- Generate and maintain inspection reports, measurement records, and quality documentation.
- Investigate dimensional discrepancies and support root cause analysis activities.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve measurement-related issues.
- Support first article inspections (FAI), process validations, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards and company procedures.
- Maintain calibration and proper use of metrology equipment.
