Sous Chef

Overview

We’re seeking passionate Sous Chefs to join our team in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. In this leadership role, you’ll inspire the kitchen team, ensure smooth daily operations in the absence of the Chef, and help deliver exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

• Lead daily kitchen operations with a focus on consistency, quality, and presentation.
• Oversee food preparation, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Support menu planning, recipe testing, and special event coordination.
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, maintaining a positive, team-driven environment.
• Step into the Chef’s role when needed, keeping the kitchen running seamlessly.

• Prior kitchen leadership experience.
• 2+ years in high-volume food production or catering.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Passion for creating outstanding culinary experiences.
