Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with gaming needs, promote promotions, and thank guests.;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager.;
Assist in scheduling, onboarding, training, and compliance training for store staff.;
Ensure store is clean, organized, merchandised, and assets are protected; manage inventory and loss prevention.;
Process transactions, balance cash, and ensure accurate closeout paperwork; support sales and guest relationships.
