Primary Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive company growth and market presence.
- Market Strategy: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets within the construction and manufacturing sectors.
- Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, enhancing market visibility and generating leads.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, product development, and logistics teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.
- Sales Planning: Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to senior management, supporting strategic planning and decision-making.
- Competitor Insight: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics and strategy adjustments.
- Customer Support: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service levels.
- Lead Generation: Create and execute innovative strategies for identifying and engaging prospective clients.
- Minimum of 8 years of B2B sales experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical knowledge in textiles, polymer materials, coatings, and related products is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successful sales in waterproofing, sealants, polymer coatings, or toll coating solutions.
- Exceptional consultative sales skills and a history of closing complex deals.
- Strong project management capabilities, from lead generation to project completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to both in-person and online interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel 50-60%, with occasional international trips.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Valid driver's license and passport for travel requirements.
