Security Officer @ SIG Sauer

Securitas Security Services is expanding its Security Team at SIG Sauer. We are looking for Full‑Time and Part‑Time Security Officers to fill shifts at various locations. The ideal candidate brings a background in military service, law enforcement, or security, along with strong leadership and managerial capabilities. Previous experience in security or management is strongly preferred but not required, as Securitas offers a comprehensive training program to support your success.

• 1st Shift – $21.00 per hour (increases to $22.00 after 6 months)

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Standard computer and technology skills
• Previous military and/or law‑enforcement experience a plus
• Reliability, accountability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
• Conflict‑resolution and de‑escalation skills preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals
• Ability to conduct foot and/or mobile patrols in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and alertness
• Comfortable conducting access‑control duties
• Reliable transportation and communication device
