We are looking for a Full-Time Security Officer to join our Security Team at SIG Sauer in Rochester, NH.

The ideal candidate brings a background in military service, law enforcement, or security, along with strong leadership and managerial capabilities. Previous experience is strongly preferred but not required, as Securitas offers a comprehensive training program to support your success.

• 1st / 2nd Shift: Sunday 7:00am - 3:00pm;
  Monday-Thursday 3:00pm – 11:00pm; 40 hrs/week

• 1st Shift – $21.00 per hour (after 6 months automatically $22.00 per hour)
• 2nd Shift – $22.00 per hour
• 3rd Shift – $23.00 per hour

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Standard computer/technology skills
• Previous military and/or law enforcement experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable with a strong work ethic
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals
• Ability to conduct foot and/or mobile patrols throughout shift in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and strong situational awareness
• Comfortable conducting access control duties
