Security Officer @ SIG Sauer - Rochester, NH

Securitas Security Services is expanding our Security Team at SIG Sauer in Rochester, NH. We are looking for a full‑time Security Officer.

The ideal candidate brings a background in military service, law enforcement, or security, along with strong leadership and managerial capabilities. Previous experience in security or management is strongly preferred but not required, as Securitas offers a comprehensive training program to support your success.

1st/2nd Shift, Sunday 7:00 am–3:00 pm, Monday–Thursday 3:00 pm–11:00 pm, 40 hrs/week

• 1st Shift – $21.00/hr (after 6 months, automatically bumped to $22.00/hr)
• 2nd Shift – $22.00/hr
• 3rd Shift – $23.00/hr

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Previous Military and/or Law enforcement experience a plus.
• Reliable, accountable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
• Conflict resolution & de‑escalation skills preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Ability to conduct foot and/or mobile patrols throughout shift in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stay alert & have attention to detail.
• Comfortable conducting access control duties.
• Reliable means of transportation & communication.
• This is an UNARMED Security Officer role.
