One week you may be performing precision alignments on critical rotating equipment. The next, you’ll be helping install industrial machinery or troubleshooting a mechanical issue that has halted production.

What You’ll DoAs an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will:
- Install, dismantle, repair, and rebuild industrial machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and alignment-related issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and machinery inspections
- Execute precision mechanical alignments and adjustments
- Support equipment installations and plant shutdown projects
- Work directly with customers to deliver technical solutions
- Travel throughout the Northeast and occasionally across the U.S.
- Learn advanced alignment and metrology technologies used by top manufacturers

You could be an excellent fit if you have:
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance, millwright, machinery repair, or related experience
- Technical school, apprenticeship, military mechanical training, or trade certification
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills
- Basic rigging or machinery moving experience
- A mechanical mindset and passion for learning
- A self-driven, dependable work ethic
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel and work in industrial environments
