Community Partners in Strafford County is seeking a dedicated Supported Housing Specialist to implement a permanent supportive housing program for adults with serious mental illness. You will work with local housing authorities, social service agencies, and property owners to create stable, affordable housing through subsidies such as Section-8.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience, and at least one year working with special needs populations.
