Waypoint is seeking a Youth Resource Center Staff Member in Rochester, NH, to provide supportive services in a part-time role. The position reports to the Supportive Services Supervisor and supports youth facing homelessness and housing instability.
Responsibilities include creating a safe space, building trust through trauma-informed and youth-centered approaches, and helping youth access housing, health, education, and employment resources.
