Healthcare Talent Specialist | Focused on Physician and APP Placement

Management Support Services, LLC is seeking a well‑organized and detail‑oriented Accounting Clerk to support our Finance team. This role is ideal for a team player with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
.

Experience with
Quick Books Pro is a plus. The Accounting Clerk will assist with financial data gathering and play a key role in accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, and payroll support
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions for multiple entities
  • Calculate invoices, process payments, and support B2B collections
  • Prepare and print checks for approved invoices
  • Maintain vendor records, including W-9s and supporting documentation
  • Resolve vendor discrepancies promptly and professionally
  • Reconcile account statements and transactions
  • Maintain organized filing systems for paid and open invoices
  • Assist with credit card reconciliations and documentation
  • Support accurate client billing and contract reconciliations
  • Assist with weekly payroll processing
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations
  • Support ad hoc reporting as assigned by the Accounting Manager
Qualifications & Skills
  • Working knowledge of GAAP and accounting processes
  • Strong understanding of
  • Payroll experience a plus
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and elevate issues appropriately
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Education & Experience
  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related field required
  • 1–3 years of accounting or related experience preferred
