Accounting and Billing Analyst

The position of Accounting and Billing Analyst will be responsible for accounts receivable/payable and order processing.

This role will assist in accounting functions and will report directly to the Corporate Controller.

• Lead accounts receivable process including communication with customers on past due amounts
• Support AP activities including setting up vendors and processing payments
• Partner with customers to develop a plan to address past due payments and an improved collections process
• Communicate with customers, sales team and management team as needed in relation to customer communications and queries
• Analyze accounts receivable, DSO, cash flow and other KPIs related to AR
• Support accounting team with financial close process, journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Process daily orders as needed
• Review customer agreements versus ordering and ensure compliance to agreements
• Other duties as assigned including support of company projects

Experience:

Associate's degree in accounting or business administration preferred

3+ years of experience in a billing or accounting role required

Advanced Excel and overall Microsoft Office proficiency

Salary Range:$63,000-$80,000 commensurate with experience

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant.

It may be modified in the future.

Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, internal equity, and location.
