Innovative sol 2 is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Rochester, NY to manage the full billing and project lifecycle. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, running aging reports, and setting up projects in Sage Intacct and Datto. The ideal candidate will have impeccable attention to detail, strong collaborative skills, and experience in accounts receivable.
We require proficiency in accounting software, especially Sage Intacct, and advanced Excel skills. An Associate's degree in accounting is preferred, along with problem-solving capabilities and the ability to adapt to constant change.
