Payables Receivables Associate
Camping World is seeking a Payables Receivables Associate for our growing team. The role supports dealerships with various accounting tasks.
Responsibilities- Provide accounts payable support for 3–4 dealerships in the Northeast United States.
- Enter AP invoices into IDS software, matching packing slips, PO receipts, work orders, approvals, and coding expense accounts.
- Ensure all monthly expense invoices are entered prior to month‑end close.
- Apply warranty payment offsets to parts payables.
- Complete inter‑company payable reconciliation at month‑end.
- Review aged payables weekly to identify and research outstanding issues.
- Prepare weekly check runs, submit for approval, and process checks once approved.
- Review vendor statements for discrepancies and attend to aging items in a timely manner.
- Complete other projects as assigned.
- 2–3 years of Accounts Payable experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, data import/export).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Diligent, organized, and extremely detail oriented.
- Experience interacting with remote locations is helpful but not required.
- Knowledge of auto dealership accounting systems (IDS, Reynolds & Reynolds) is helpful but not required.
Pay Range: $19.37–$23.27 hourly.
