Accounting Position

Employees in this accounting position are responsible for the maintenance and analysis of accounts and the preparation of financial reports.

The Senior Accountant is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company's general ledger and core accounting records. This position is primarily responsible for cash and treasury functions.

The staff accountant will be responsible for the timely, consistent and accurate preparation of the monthly financial statements for commercial and residential real estate entities, set up and maintenance of trial balances, and related consolidation work.

The staff accountant will support the Finance Department by working closely with the Controller, the Director of Finance, and the CFO & Director of Administration. This role includes responsibilities for journal entries, account reconciliations, and the monthly close process.

The manager of planning and cost control oversees a range of complex and difficult accounting assignments, recommending and implementing changes in cost accounting methods and procedures.

The staff accountant will perform broad range of complex and difficult accounting assignments with responsibility for recommending and installing changes in cost accounting methods and procedures, working under minimum supervision.
