Harter Secrest & Emery LLP is seeking a Payroll Administrator in Rochester, NY to manage multi-state payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and HRIS-related tasks. You will work with Finance and HR teams to ensure accurate biweekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls and provide excellent support to attorneys and staff.
The ideal candidate has a BS in Finance or Accounting and 5–7 years of payroll experience, including multi-state tax setups and adept use of ADP and Excel.
