Location: City of Rochester
Milton Rents, a division of Milton CAT, is seeking a reliable accounting assistant to support the Controller with accounts payable and accounts receivable, and to provide backup to the administrative assistant. This hourly position offers 8 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday, with pay range $19.00-$23.00 per hour.
You will process customer payments, enter vendor invoices, manage paperwork, run daily post office and bank tasks, and assist with reconciliations and special projects.
