Description We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office in Rochester, New York. This is a long-term contract position ideal for candidates who excel in multitasking and thrive in a dynamic environment. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage office supplies and administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage daily administrative activities to ensure smooth operations.

- Maintain adequate stock of office supplies by monitoring inventory and placing timely orders.

- Handle accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing and vendor communication.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and manage reception duties with professionalism.

- Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to productivity.

- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining records.

- Address employee inquiries and provide administrative support as needed.

- Monitor and enforce office policies to maintain compliance and efficiency.

- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline office processes.

- Support any additional operational tasks as required. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative office management or a similar role.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in managing office supplies and inventory.

- Familiarity with accounts payable processes and financial systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle receptionist duties with professionalism and courtesy.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
