Overview
The Leasing Operations Department is seeking detail-oriented administrative professionals to support daily clerical functions. These roles require strong accuracy, data handling skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Utilize Microsoft Word to prepare written communications and departmental documents.
• Accurately copy numerical data and other information into internal systems.
• Compare numbers, names, and narrative information quickly and accurately.
• Alphabetize names and categories according to established procedures.
• Read, interpret, and process standard forms and documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the Leasing Operations team as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with numerical comparisons and basic calculations.
• Computer-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Customer service experience.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Quick learner with strong organizational skills.
