Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
Coordinate client meetings, depositions, and other legal appointments
Track deadlines and assist with docket and case management
Prepare billing materials, expense reports, and time entry documentation
Conduct basic legal and public records research as requested
Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion
Support general office operations, including scanning, copying, and document management
