Salary & StatusHourly:
Up to $18.50
Status:
Non-exempt, part-time 20-25 hours/week
- Provide support to Program Manager with requested tasks.
- Collect, track, and report data for assigned program areas.
- Handle tasks related to intake of new referrals, scheduling home visits, Peer Place database documentation, units’ entry, and funder reports for the Home Safe Home Program.
- Streamline data collection processes to minimize redundancies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Associate’s degree in human services or related field (preferred).
- Strong technology background with interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience with MS Office, databases, and Excel.
- Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment with attention to detail.
- Work is performed at a desk or at a personal computer station.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and telephone).
- Ability to work independently and maintain composure under strict deadlines.
- Ability to work in multi-cultural situations.
