Location: City of Rochester
Person Centered Services seeks an Administrative Assistant for the Care Coordination department to provide clerical and administrative support in a community-based program.
Responsibilities include typing, records management, scheduling, data entry, and assisting intake with referrals; you will work in a collaborative team committed to inclusion and person-centered care. High school diploma required; associate degree preferred and some travel within the service area may be required.
