Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerical / Administrative Support professional to join a Leasing Operations Department in Rochester, NY. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for an organized administrative professional who enjoys accuracy-focused work, document processing, data entry, and supporting a busy office team.
This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, a structured work environment, and the opportunity to demonstrate your skills for potential permanent hire. Candidates who are dependable, computer-savvy, and comfortable working with numbers, forms, and internal systems can succeed in this process-driven administrative support position.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare written communications and departmental documents using Microsoft Word.
- Accurately enter, copy, and verify numerical data and other information in internal systems.
- Compare numbers, names, and narrative details quickly and accurately.
- Alphabetize names, categories, and records according to established procedures.
- Read, interpret, and process standard forms, documents, and administrative materials.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Leasing Operations team.
- Pay Range: $20 to $23 per hour, based on experience.
- Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. - Workday: 7-hour workday.

Temporary for 2 months with the option for permanent hire.
