We are seeking a talented Administrative Assistant II to join our team of nearly 500 employees. CCSI is contracted by Monroe County Department of Human Services (MC DHS) to provide program management services, including specialized staffing. The Family Support Center includes the Family Access and Connection Team (FACT), Youth and Family Partnership (YFP) and Family Voice. The administrative assistant contributes to the FSC by delivering exceptional customer service and support to staff, families and other visitors.
This position provides administrative/clerical support and data support to these programs.
CCSI is partnering with Monroe County Department of Human Services to hire an Administrative Assistant II. This position is employed by CCSI and working on behalf of Monroe County Department of Human this role, you will Provide reception and greet visitors and clients.
Respond to on-line and phone referrals to FACT.Triage referrals with supervisory staff.
Assign and set up cases in Salesforce.
Maintain data systems in numerous databases (Salesforce, STSJP).Ability to create data tracking systems by leveraging existing tools such as Excel.
Assist with data entry and utilize web-based reporting system (Salesforce) for data collection, analysis and reporting.
Order supplies and maintain supply room, ensuring all items are readily available.
Review and process invoices for program services.
Record and disseminate minutes from meetings as assigned.
Ensure office machines are in working order and scheduled maintenance is completed.
Collect, organize, and file confidential department records.
Take meeting minutes, make room reservations, and provide staff support as needed.
Provide support for community trainings (reserve room, arrange refreshments, set up technology equipment, greet attendees, etc.).Assist with transportation and interpreting services for families.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree, or High school diploma/GED plus 5 years related work experience, or equivalent education and work experience (see CCSI's equivalency chart).To be successful in this position, you will need to be competent in:

Strong expertise in MS Office:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access (or other assigned database software), and Outlook.
Proficiency in maintaining department schedules and facilitating meetings, using Outlook Calendar, Zoom and other technology.
Ability to stay organized, work as a part of a team, and meet deadlines.
Strong telephone and interpersonal skills.
Strong self-awareness, self-direction, and self-management skills; ability to work with minimal supervision.
