• High school graduation or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years work experience including two years in data processing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to learn simple programming.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and punctuation and ability to utilize proper standard office source materials.

Unless otherwise required by an applicable collective bargaining agreement, all minimum, additional and desired qualifications are preferred, but qualifications, degrees, and/or experience deemed comparable and/or equivalent by Oakland University in its sole and exclusive discretion may be considered.

Provide general administrative support for OIRADA staff and leadership. Assist in the data entry, collection, organization, validation, and maintenance of institutional data used for reports, dashboards, surveys, accreditation, and special projects. Coordinates meetings and calendars, monitors office expenditures, and processes expense reports and purchasing transactions.

To maintain data files in the Office of Institutional Research; prepare research runs, assist in performance analyses and coordinate office operations.
