• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road‑test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
• Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanic’s tools.
• Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary and required training.
• Participate in and utilize technical training as assigned by management.

• Suspension and alignment experience, a plus
• Prior automotive repair experience, REQUIRED
• ASE and manufacturer certification, a plus
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Knowledge of German vehicles, a plus
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which include Flat Rate: $17.00- $30/ + production bonus. High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace.
