Automotive Customer Service Advisor

Pep Boys -  - Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone;
Schedule appointments and sell parts and services to improve vehicle performance;
Process work orders and register transactions accurately;
Assist with customer care, work orders, and store operations under management direction;
Conduct routine express automotive services (tire mounting/balancing/rotations, oil changes, fluid top-offs, replacements) and vehicle inspections;
Uphold safety procedures and company policies, maintain a safe, organized shop;
Communicate effectively with customers and team members; support opening/closing duties where assigned
