Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Detail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring they are in pristine condition for our customers. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Clean and detail the exterior and interior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing.
Perform thorough inspections to identify any areas that need additional attention.
Apply protective finishes to vehicle exteriors and interiors.
Clean and maintain the detailing equipment and workspace.
Ensure all vehicles are properly prepared for customer delivery or display.
Adhere to all safety and procedural guidelines.
Report any damages or issues to management promptly.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time-management skills.
Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
