What you'll do
- Work within the firm's experience database system to record and search for related experience
- Leverage firm tools to manage data, conduct research using the firm's contact management software, intranet and external platforms, and create reports in support of business development activities.
- Develop summaries for firm related transactions
- Draft and coordinate pitches, RFP responses, and presentations under the direction of managers/senior managers.
- Draft and edit correspondence, PowerPoint presentations and visual resources, and other documents, collaborating with colleagues across departments to format, edit, proofread, print, and compile deliverables to firm standards.
- Work in coordination with marketing and events teams to support the development of content for events, identify practice generation targets and opportunities, and conduct event follow-up.
- Assist with budget development, maintenance, and tracking.
- Coordinate responses to ad hoc assignments.
- Innovation focus: Support lawyers advising on areas at the forefront of client demand.

- Associate or bachelor's degree and three years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a law firm or other professional services/consulting organization. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Ability to work independently as well as manage projects and assignments in a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Excellent communication, writing, and proofreading skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with a wide range of individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and database applications and ability to adapt to new technology and programs.

For positions in Boston, MA, the salary range for this job posting is: $62,000.00 - $99,200.00.
For positions in New York, NY, the salary range for this job posting is: $67,400.00 - $.
For positions in Washington, DC, the salary range for this job posting is: $62,000.00 - $99,200.00.
The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. The final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package.
