Job Summary

One Digital is hiring a Client Manager to partner with PEO Consultants in delivering excellence across client implementation, renewals, reporting, and overall service. This remote role offers a competitive salary of $70,000–$75,000/year

The Client Manager will play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring accuracy in reporting and documentation, and supporting the implementation process with technology tools.

• Partner with consultants to manage client relationships
• Oversee client reporting and deliverables
• Establish and manage client communications, including calls, notes, and follow-up items
• Manage new client and renewal implementation processes and timelines
• Ensure accuracy of client-facing and internal documents
• Provide client service within scope of expertise
• Support consultants in delivering high-quality service and meeting client expectations

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Previous applicable work experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with insurance carrier websites
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Familiarity with database applications
• Insurance license (required, can be obtained within 90 days of hire)

• Salary: $70,000–$75,000/year (based on experience, education, and location)
