We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Administrator to help keep our sales operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between customers, sales, and internal teams, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. If you enjoy fast-paced work, solving problems, and staying organized, this could be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact by answering incoming sales calls and customer inquiries
  • Prepare and manage customer quotes and order requests
  • Process customer orders and credit memos accurately and efficiently
  • Track and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery
  • Maintain customer delivery schedules and provide updates as needed
  • Coordinate with Purchasing to align vendor deliveries
  • Communicate customer needs to Purchasing and Quality teams
  • Provide customers with product and technical information
  • Document and manage customer complaints to ensure timely resolution
  • Supply proof of delivery upon request
  • Monitor on-time delivery performance for key customers
  • Maintain organized customer records and drawing files
